Dustin N. Slade
Dustin is an adept transactional attorney handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, and complex b2b contracts. He is also a veteran commercial litigation attorney with extensive experience handling cases at all trial and appellate levels in state and federal court, including the Supreme Court. At the same time, Dustin has in-depth startup experience from a business management perspective, handling both operations for a geospatial artificial intelligence start-up and sales for a biosciences start-up.
Dustin graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, in 2005, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 2010, where he served as Senior Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Dustin is also fluent in Spanish and, while at Harvard, completed a semester abroad at La Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in Santiago, where his academic research and all coursework and examinations were conducted in Spanish.
Outside of practicing law, Dustin is a volunteer service missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and is the author of No Objection: How to Hire a Lawyer You Don’t Hate.

Todd Neal
Todd Neal has spent the past 20 years in public accounting, building business attributes from company start-up to dissolution. He can provide customized financial analysis and help identify business risks in order to maximize your growth and efficiency. Based on expertise in corporate, LLC, partnership, non-profit, trust & individual income taxes, along with general accounting, and audit & attestation, whether you’re profit-driven or tax-motivated, he can help establish a business strategy.
He currently acts in Controller/CFO roles for more than a dozen small businesses, and sits on the Advisory Board of multiple non-profit organizations.

Carter McCrary
Carter McCrary is an executive with proven experience in SaaS, services, sales, marketing, operations, and, most importantly, execution. McCrary has led multiple capital raises, acquisitions and exits, mainly with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms. He has also been involved in several startups, including his own, which he built to over $20M in the second year of operations. He has held positions as CEO, COO, CRO, and spent a dozen years at Dell as GM and VP over six consecutive P&Ls, growing the business to roughly $2.4B. Most recently he has focused primarily on small to mid-size organizations with a goal of significant growth or an exit strategy, mainly in Embedded software, AI (Has a certificate from MIT in AI Business Strategy), Cybersecurity, and MedTech. McCrary has extensive experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
